Christmas 2019 events
We had three enjoyable events during December.
Our performances started with a very successful Christmas Music Evening on 13th December. Nearly 100 people came to enjoy music, mince pies and wine. We had soloists, trios, small groups and the full choir. There are some photographs of the occasion you can look at in the public resources area.
The following day we gathered at Manchester Central Library for our annual public carol performance. Some of the music from the previous night and some old favourites were on the bill. About 40 people were in the audience for this event.
On Saturday 21st December, Natalie led a determined band of 20 choir members to brave the elements outside Didsbury Oxfam Shop to entertain the passing public with carols, generating a goodly sum in donations for the shop.
Happy Christmas All !
